Relational Format And Contract Development
Projects undertaken by Visidio Partners have a preexisting problematic element to them: projects have gone awry and need to be brought back on track; cost overruns or time delays have created an untenable situation; an absence of prudent planning has created unresolved, and seemingly irreconcilable, conflicts; inferior or undocumented material quality and workmanship has brought overall project completion into question. In short, Visidio Partners knowingly comes into problem projects with the stated intention of resolving conflicts, and doing so in a manner that either mitigates loss, or preserves value for our clients. We are not miracle workers, but our knowledge of construction and engineering, building code compliance, and sound business practices enables us to establish a definitive path that leads toward corrective action and project completion.
To avoid adding more stress to contentious situations we follow a set path in establishing our client relationships. This is done so that our terms of engagement are clearly defined and understood prior to the onset of a contract, and specifically for the benefit of our clients, to contain their costs and initial outlays.
